This License page explains (1) how you may use the EazyCG tools/software and website content, and (2) how you may use any textures, models, or other assets provided in EazyCG Libraries (“EazyCG Content”). This page is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. License to use the Service (software)

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, EazyCG grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. This license is for using the Service as intended (for example, converting files, generating LODs, measuring models, and exporting results).

You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to others as a standalone product, nor may you copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

2. Your content and your exports

Your inputs. You retain ownership of the files you upload or provide (“User Content”).

Your outputs. Unless stated otherwise for a specific tool or asset, you own the results you generate using the Service (for example, converted models, processed textures, exported meshes, or generated tree/terrain outputs), subject to any third‑party rights that may exist in your input content or external data sources.

License to operate the Service. To the extent your User Content is transmitted through the Service (for example, for third‑party tile requests or future cloud features), you grant EazyCG a limited license to use, host, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

3. EazyCG Content License (Libraries)

EazyCG Content includes any textures, materials, HDRIs, models, and other downloadable assets that we provide through our Libraries or ship with the Service.

Permitted use (personal & commercial):

• You may use EazyCG Content in your own projects (including commercial games, films, renders, and interactive experiences).
• You may modify EazyCG Content as needed for your project (e.g., editing textures, combining materials, changing resolutions).
• You may distribute EazyCG Content only as embedded/incorporated in your project (for example, as part of a compiled game build or a baked asset inside a scene).

No attribution is required unless a specific asset or pack says otherwise.

4. Prohibited uses

Unless we give you explicit written permission, you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, re‑host, or share EazyCG Content as standalone files (e.g., as a texture pack, asset library, or marketplace listing).
• Use EazyCG Content to train or build a competing asset library or dataset for redistribution.
• Claim EazyCG Content as your own original work (except for your modifications) or remove embedded notices.
• Use the Service or EazyCG Content in a way that violates any third‑party terms (for example, map/imagery provider terms) or applicable law.

5. Third‑party software

EazyCG uses third‑party libraries and components. Those components are licensed by their respective authors and remain subject to their original license terms.

• Three.js (multiple versions in /vendor)
• Babylon.js (in /vendor)
• assimpjs (in /vendor)
• meshoptimizer (in /vendor)

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. If you violate the Terms or this License, your permission to use the Service and EazyCG Content may be suspended or terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service. For EazyCG Content already incorporated into shipped projects, your distribution rights for those shipped projects continue, but you may not continue to redistribute the standalone asset files.
