These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EazyCG website, tools, and related content (collectively, the “Service”). By using EazyCG, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

EazyCG provides browser‑based creative tools (for example: texture/PBR utilities, 3D model conversion, measurement, LOD generation, terrain and tree tools) and may also provide libraries of downloadable assets (“Libraries”). Some tools fetch external data (e.g., map imagery/elevation tiles) from third‑party providers.

The Service may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may also add or remove features, tools, or content.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using EazyCG on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Plans and limits

EazyCG may offer a Free plan and one or more Pro plans. Plan names, features, and limits can change.

Current plan highlights (may change).

• Free: tools + library access, no custom library export, export resolution limited to 2K, image uploads up to 25 MB, 3D model uploads up to 100 MB, terrain up to 6×6 km, LOD export limited to LOD 1–2.
• Pro (planned): custom library export, exports up to 8K, image uploads up to 250 MB, 3D model uploads up to 500 MB, terrain up to 32×32 km, full LOD export.

Fair use & anti‑abuse. We may enforce limits to protect performance and prevent abuse. Attempting to bypass limits or restrictions is not allowed.

4. Your files and content

You keep ownership. You retain all rights to the files you upload or provide to the Service (“User Content”).

Processing. Many EazyCG tools are designed to run locally in your browser. However, some features may involve requests to third‑party services (for example, when fetching terrain imagery or elevation tiles). You are responsible for any keys/tokens you provide for third‑party services.

Outputs. Unless stated otherwise, you own the outputs you generate using the tools, subject to any third‑party rights in your inputs and any licensing terms that apply to library assets. See License.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload, process, and export User Content, and for complying with applicable laws (including intellectual property laws).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass access controls or limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
• Automate access in a way that harms the Service (e.g., excessive requests, scraping, denial of service).
• Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Our IP. The Service (including the website design, UI, code, and non‑user content) is owned by EazyCG and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

Libraries & assets. Libraries may include textures, models, and other assets provided by EazyCG or third parties. Your rights to use those assets are described on the License page and any accompanying notices.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to use it without restriction or compensation.

7. Third‑party services

The Service may integrate or interact with third‑party services (for example, map/imagery providers, video embeds, or payment processors if enabled in the future). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that exports will be error‑free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that files will be preserved. You are responsible for verifying outputs before production use.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZYCG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100 (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW IF THAT AMOUNT IS NOT ALLOWED).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
